     3x5 Leg Press           (240lb)
     3x5 Shoulder Press   (70lb)

     3 Rounds
     500m Row
     15 Bench Press         (70lb, 70, 50)

     Cooldown
     25 Pullups                 (assisted -160lb)

  I think that I've lost about 8 pounds over the last 4 weeks or so. Good start.

  From 263lb a month ago (at 6'2") to 255 now, trying to get to 240 by around 1 Jul 13. Maybe 230lb by 1 Sep.    :P
