Floor Benches

    10 Pullups                      (assisted chair)

Triceps & neck sore from last time. I remember getting pinched neck-nerves before when doing Shoulder Presses. Have to figure out form problem.

Back extensions are tricky to sub for. Supermans seemed to work pretty well, though.

I'm keeping WOD volumes low to ease back in.

Return For A Walk

Walked steadily along the Woodinville bike path along the river (Sammamish River Trail, I believe) using a cane. I went a lot farther than I expected because I didn't realize that there were no offshoots leading back when I turned onto the trail, so had to backtrack a long way.  :)  

Knees handled it surprisingly well, all things considered. Obviously a couple of days of some soreness & light swelling, but a lot less than I would have expected. I suppose it's because I used the cane, which I've never done in the past for exercising.

The above picture I found is a part of the section of path that I was walking. I went from 6:30-7:30am.
