  Light-ish workout. 1-Arm KB swings felt pretty comfortable; maybe from the chest being less constricted than in the normal version or something. Not sure, but I like them better than standards.    :P    Did them in sets of 5 per arm.

  Picture is Kenneth Leverich doing event 4 of the Southern California Regionals on Saturday. He ended up qualifying for the Games with 2nd place in the region; top 3 go.
