Back Extensions & Bike

    1/2mile  Recumbent Bike

  Tried the recumbent bike. Knees were okay, but it gives almost no workout at all. Rowing kicks your butt, but on the bike you're just kind of sitting there. Comfortable enough, though.  :/

  I love that garage gym in the picture. Someday...
